Safe payment

At Tall4all we work with payment provider STRIPE. Stripe makes sure all information and payments are transacted safely so the money gets transferred to our account in a correct way. All information you have to give to fulfill the payment stays invisible to us.

Shipment and delivery

Your order is executed by Bpost/PostNL. The fee for shipment across Belgium equals € 6. The shipment fee for orders abroad Belgium is € 10. During special campaigns it is possible the costumer doesn't has to pay shipment costs, only if it is stated clearly on the webshop or via (personal) mailing.

Delivery period in Belgium = 2 to 3 workdays.

Foreign deliveries: maximum 8 workdays.

Tall4all makes sure the packages are fully protected. Due to force majeure damages to the package can occur. The costumer needs to writes us on info@tall4all.be and indicate the damage within 24 hours after the delivery. Afther 24 hours it is assumed the customer agrees with the state the package is in. Tall4all cannot be held responsible for any damages to the package after it has left our warehouse.
